Lost 12 lbs easily!

Image I have lost 12lbs easily this week. It’s a 2 weeks diet - 14 days. But you shouldn’t eat after 6, and of course not to overeat in further. It is a very simple diet without special exercises, lets to keep your weight with obtained result. Here is a menu for one week, the next one is the same:

1st day – 5 boiled potatoes without salt

2nd day – 1/5 boiled chicken without skin and salt

3rd day - 500 g cottage cheese

4th day – 500g dried fruits, except raisin

5th day – 500g yogurt

6th day - 2lbs fruits, except bananas and grapes

7th day – just water

Loosing weight... Step two

ImageDo you remember that day when you decided that it is enough to you and all these extra pounds won’t help you in lean year anyway? It is amazing how many people make a decision to substitute sex for chocolate bar from day to day. No, no this is not because of the Discovery channel where they saw a program about chocolate profit and heard that it is even better than sex! One day we surprisingly find that we are just unable to make yourself taking off clothes when our girlfriends or boyfriends see us. And this Shakespeare’s question: “How, how could I become a caterpillar?” Are you shy or angry? Choosing a diet? Good of you! Wink

But, diet it is just a top of the iceberg. It is more difficult to follow your diet and healthy way of living. In this case it would be better to follow some rules. Firs of all make clear for yourself that Rembrandt’s beauties are surely well known and their plumpness even was the best friend, but let’s be honest, all their following are infirm. Obesity is real disease and this is not that thing you need.

Now, think it over: there is huge number of overweighed people in whole world. Being the part of big machine could be attractive offer, but surely you have your own way and don’t have an intention to move to a place you don’t want to be to. The only destination of this BIG FAT MACHINE is a garbage dump for useless things. Tongue out
